How We Operate

· Engage us online through our Chatbot, Whatsapp, Line or IG  

· Tell us if you’re booking for travel or dinner partner or lifestyle

· Let us know your preferences on itinerary, venue and companion

· We will screen through and provide you with options

· You pre-select your companion for that special date

· 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the companion

· We will remind you a few days before your upcoming date

· Balance 50% payment is required

· Enjoy enchanting moments

After payment is received, it is non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event that the travel guide or dinner date is not suitable, you may cancel the appointment within 15mins of the meetup. After 15mins has lapsed it is assumed that all is fine. 

For any cancellation, a refund may be given on a case-to-case basis. 

However, a cancellation fee will be levied.
